Don't Just Make a Plan -- Use It!

All you have to do is read the papers or turn on the television news to hear about the natural disasters and terrorist activity that have impacted events across the country. If you're running any type of event, you have to plan for almost anything that could happen. When people attend your event, your goal is to protect everyone there from any dangers that arise. You also, to the greatest degree possible, want to ensure the contingency and reputation of your organization and its events.
